How long will my order take?

We are small team, however we will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

UK shipping methods:

Standard: Ships every Wednesday (orders must be placed before midnight Tuesday)

Express: Ships within 1 day of ordering Monday-Friday (Approx. 48 hours for delivery)

All UK orders will be sent via Evri -This includes an online delivery tracking number and delivery confirmation.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. 

International orders:

Standard International: Ships every Wednesday (orders must be placed before midnight Tuesday)

Tracked International: Ships every Wednesday (orders must be placed before midnight Tuesday) Includes insurance up to £50).

We strongly recommend the tracked option for overseas orders to ensure you can monitor your packages journey. Once standard international orders leave us we cannot be responsible for the location of your parcel until it reaches you, which is why we offer and recommend the option of tracked shipping.

All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.  

Store Pick up:

This option will be available later in the summer.

Who packs my order?

All of your orders are prepared safely in our studio, by our small team, who are following all necessary hygiene requirements.

What’s your returns policy?

We hope you love your jewellery, but in the event that you have any issues. Here’s what to expect:

You can return your items up to 14 days after you receive them for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging & in the same condition as they were sent. This is with the exception of earrings*

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

*Sale items are none returnable/ refundable.
